General Information
Breakfast - Breakfast will be provided on Wednesday. Attendees are responsible for their own breakfast on all days accept Wednesday.
Lunch - Lunch will be provided on Tuesday. Attendees are responsible for their own lunch on all days accept Tuesday.
Dinner - Attendees are responsible for their own dinner arrangements. Typically, attendees gather in the hotel and groups head out to try the various restaurants in the host city. Don’t be shy.
Accommodations - NAR negotiated a group discount rate for a block of hotel rooms. Attendees are responsible for the cost of the hotel room and any other costs.
Travel - Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
Compliance Testing & Plugfest - A room will be set up and support staff will be present to assist in understanding results from the new compliance testing tool. This is focused on server compliance.
Welcome Reception - A reception will be held on Monday evening on the rooftop of the NAR building. This is a good opportunity to meet the other attendees, in a relax environment overlooking the U.S. Capitol Building. The reception is sponsored by Point2 Technologies, Inc. and Sandicor, Inc
Day 1, Monday, April 6th

- RESO Chairs and Board Meeting - The chairs of the workgroups and the board will meet to discuss the meeting and other items of business

Business and Technical Track 1
- New to RETS - An open session where people, especially MLS staff learn about the meeting and RETS in general from peers.
Technical Track 2
- Specification Review Workgroup - A working session for the workgroup. The group will meet to gather errata for the current standard and to work on creating errata documents for the 1.7.2 document.

Business Track
- RETS Tools - An open session where vendors will demonstrate tools and strategies for use of RETS.
Technical Track
- Schema Workgroup - A working session for the workgroup. The group will meet to continue working on the Public Record portion of the schema set.
4:15 – 5:15
- RETS Exhibition - Developers are given the opportunity to provide a short demonstration and talk about applications related to RETS. Unlike previous years, this session will be the elimination round to narrow the field to two or three interesting applications that will be presented to the entire RETS-WG meeting for final voting for the most interesting application.
- As in previous years, a small prize will be awarded to the application deemed most interesting by your peers.
- A sign-up form will be provided to assist the presenter in organizing this event. Please check the appropriate box on the RETS registration form. Developers should expect 5 – 10 minutes to describe their application and to demonstrate the application running. This typically involves 3 – 10 PowerPoint slides and a few minutes of the application running.
- An LCD computer output projector and an internet connection will be provided.

- RESO Roadmap for 2009 - An information session to discuss the direction of RESO and the RETS standard over 2009.
- Report from Workgroups - The workgroup chairs will provide a short summary of the work that they have completed and the plan for work during this meeting and the next several months.

Business and Technical Track 1
- Certification Q & A - An open session, focused toward MLS staff and Association staff who are working toward certification.
Technical Track 2
- Compliance workgroup - A working session for the workgroup.
12:00 – 1:00 - Lunch
- Provided by RESO
- Implementation Forum - An open discussion over lunch where MLS operators, Associations, Brokers and Vendors talk about business processes, procedures, and practices in implementing and supporting RETS.

- Syndication Workgroup - A working session for the workgroup.
